Large gas cooker and electric oven, two capable fridge and freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso
coffee machine (pods are hard to source so do bring your own) and everything you need for the kitchen .

Separate annex STUDIO/GARCONIERE (with private entrance)
With a Double bedroom with the possibility of a second double or single bed of your choice,
en suite bathroom; direct outside there is the pergola where there is a small outdoor kitchen with table and chairs.
Overall, 14 people can be accommodation in regular beds and in addition a coat for children up to 4 years old.
The rooms have views of the pool and sea, some rooms with a private balcony.
Hairdryer in each room, soaps and shampoos.
